President and CEO

As our CEO and Managing Attorney with over 19 years of experience, Attorney Charles focuses her practice on

​

  • Estate Planning and Probate matters

  • Employment Discrimination Disputes,

  • Family Law matters, and

  • Civil Litigation. 

 

Born and raised in New Orleans, Louisiana, Attorney Charles received her law degree from Tulane University Law School in 2003. Since arriving in Houston, Texas in 2005, Attorney Charles has successfully represented her clients in matters involving unlawful discrimination, retaliation, harassment, and termination, as well as, Estate Planning matters including preparation of Wills and Trust documents, and probate litigation.  Attorney Charles also handles a host of family law matters, including divorces, child custody, visitation, modifications and enforcements, child support, spousal support.

 

Attorney Charles is licensed to practice law in the states of Texas, Louisiana, New York, and Connecticut, and before the U.S. District Court for both the Southern and Northern Districts of Texas, and the U.S Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.
